Should abortion be considered first degree murder with a maximum punishment of death?
Yes, to first degree murder but no to death. Since no one can bring solid proof except that the baby is small, then it should be considered human. Just because a dwarf is small does not make them an insect. It should only be okay in cases such as tubole pregnancies. However, death to the doctors and the mothers makes what they did just as bad.
