Be “allowed”? Sure. It’s her business what she spends her time and energy on. Of course, you don’t make milions of dollars by chanting over a candle for a few minutes, but if she wants to be silly, that’s her business. Even if the spell wasn’t rediculous in concept, I see no reason to stop her from doing such. Of course, there will be ramnifications to what she’s doing, but again, those are responsibilities for her to bear, not you. There is no such rule in Wicca forbidding “personal gain,” if that’s what you’re trying to get at. Charmed completely made that up.
