Should a post-stroke Garrison Keillor join Howard Sterns Wack Pack?
Garrison Keillor, the radio host once referred to as “the shock jock of wholesomeness” has suffered a minor stroke and is now receiving treatment at a Minnesota hospital. News of Garrison Keillor’s minor stroke raises questions about whether or not the wildly successful radio satirist will be able to return to the air in his former glory. Garrison Keillor might find the transition back to live radio particularly difficult since many stroke patients find that their speech and memory is affected. With rumors that Garrison Keillor’s “polar opposite” Howard Stern could be retiring in 15 months, this could be just the right time for Garrison Keillor to ease back into radio as a member of Howard Stern’s infamous “Wack Pack.”While Garrison Keillor’s freakish looks could be considered enough to qualify him as a Wack Pack member, his intelligence and quick wit have gotten in the way of qualificaiton until now. The real question is whether or not Garrison Keillor’s minor stroke and inevitable sp
