Should a participant of HRC U look for a full-time or part-time internship?
The programs curriculum is not meant to be too demanding. We require that you attend all sessions and request that you read some literature in preparation for debates, presentations, and discussions with notable individuals. The program is designed to build your list of skills as a young professional, expose you to LGBT and friendly VIPs in the area, and supplement your internship experience – not to inundate you with assignments. In short, what you take from the program is commensurate to the time and dedication you put in.
