No your not a *****. But that doesn’t mean your strong either. Your at the point most people are, somebody who lifts, but isn’t yet truly “strong”. But there’s nothing wrong with that, the only issue is if you decide you don’t want to keep working at getting stronger. Here’s a video that will teach you something about the bench press. How much can you squat and deadlift are much more important. Other important lifts are the standing overhead press, the clean, or power clean, the snatch ect.
