I understand that in Boston and the rest of the state graffiti is forbidden over private property, I hope it was not in the outdoors and over private walls. If it was outdoors and over private property then yes there are grounds for legal action. If in a gallery or other the proper authorizations must be obtained or there would be grounds for legal action. The posters should not be an issue.
