Should a client put their name down with an Aged Care Assessment Team for a re-assessment after 1 July 2009?

A client should only be reassessed if there is a significant change in their care needs or their approval for low level residential care, a Community Aged Care Package (CACP) or Transition Care has lapsed. As noted in the table above, after 1 July 2009 all current approvals for other types of aged care will not lapse.
