nope if the parents is not citizen or immigrants in U.S. their child that is born in U.S. is not a citizen probably the new born child is citizen in country that the parents came from. if they got caught they might got send back in their country for sure.

yes it is in the constitution every person born in the U.S is a citizen I mean if Americans say that being illegal is a crime because its against the law then why dont they support this one if its also the law.
