Our fudge contains no added preservatives. Sugar, a natural ingredient, is also a great natural preservative. Our fudge will not go “bad”. After a period of time, the fudge may start to lose it’s moisture content or may start to get softer. This will not affect the taste or flavour. Our 200 gram and 175 gram fudge is shrink wrapped. Allows for a 3 month shelf life at 22°C (72°F).
