It left us with a choice to pass on the increases immediately, or wait, and pass on an even higher adjustment at the end of the year. If the board had waited to act, the impact on the GRE Power Cost Rider would be far greater in two months than it is today, so the board chose to act now, rather than pass on a more severe adjustment later.
