Shamanism, Reiki, and other systems are parts of a religious tradition, right?
These systems or approaches are not tied into any religion. There is no particular dogma or doctrine surrounding these, other than the belief that we are much more than “just” our bodies. Energy medicine and enlightenment practices are utilized everyday by Buddhists, Christians, Sikhs, Jews, Muslims, Taoists, Hindus, and others, as well as a wide range of people who may have non-religious and non-traditional views of God. You are not required to be affiliated religiously with any group or person in order to benefit from working in Spirit.
