OTS is a scholarship programme run and managed by Neso China, while, Neso Certificate ratifies the academic qualification of each prospective student who intends to study in the Netherlands. Please make sure your documents go into correct sections of Neso China: OTS – the Scholarship Team, and Neso Certificate – Assessment Section. You are suggested to submit the applications for university admission and Neso Certificate simultaneously.
