Last time I checked, the winner of a slam wins it because they beat 7 opponents. Whoever wins the title, it’s not their fault if Nadal can’t play. Look, everyone deserved complete and full credit for their victories and shouldn’t have anything taken away from it. Last time I checked, there was no rule saying that you need to beat Nadal to win a slam. EDIT: James T, you’re acting like Roger already won or something! There’s a lot of competition left in the draw.
