If you receive one LAV grant, you should complete only one semi-annual report form. You should aggregate the numbers for victims served, people trained, legal outcomes, CCR, etc. For CCR where you are asked to estimate the frequency of interactions with other community partners, you should add up all the interactions of your LAV-funded staff in all locations and determine what the average overall frequency of the interactions was for the current reporting period.
