Several companies have contacted me recently offering to help and I see “We Buy Houses” and “Stop Foreclosure” signs all over the place. What is the benefit of working with you?
Some of these are attorneys looking to collect fees by taking you into bankruptcy. Others are companies who charge a stiff fee up front and in the worst cases do nothing and walk away with your money. We are not interested in charging fees for services. We want to buy your house quickly so that you can move on. While we can’t make full retail offers and expect to stay in business, we do offer a price that gives you the ability to sell your home quickly in as-is condition and allows us to make a reasonable profit. We do not operate our business by employing deceptive practices. We do our best to make our process as transparent as possible. We will present you with an honest assessment of the options you have available based on your particular situation, even if those options include not selling your house to us.
