set up a private appointment?
When creating an appointment, check Private in the bottom right corner of the panel. This will hide the item so others who have access to this folder can’t see the details of the appointment. When they look at the appointment, it will be marked with a “key” icon and it will say Private Appointment. If you want your delegate to see details of your private appointments, you will need to give them permission (Tools, Options, Delegates. Highlight their name, select Permissions, check box at bottom of panel – Delegate can see my private items.
