Service FAQ #12: How quickly can I expect to receive pick-up service?
That will depend on the time you call for the pickup service. If you make reservations for pick-up before 3pm, your computer will be picked up between the hours of 5pm and 9pm on the same business day. If you schedule after 3pm, you will be placed on the pick-up order list scheduled for the next business day.
