On windows 2000 you have to have “Act as part of OS” rights before user validation is possible. If you are sure the account details you entered are correct, you can press “yes” and continue the installation. You can also cancel the installation and login using the service account information and restart the installation from this account. This will allow the installation to verify the specified account information.
