Ensure you select agent type SYST during your agent configuration process. Typically, the SeeNet Administration configures agent type as NFCL unintentionally since it is the default agent type shown. Also, the Windows-based agent may not configure to populate to the TopologyView. Refer to the SMC Manual – Parent Node Configuration.
