God does not have a literal right hand, so how can someone sit on a right hand that does not exist? Now, if we were to take those verses literally in a doctrine adhering to God and Jesus being separate, then we have Jesus literally standing and/or sitting on the hand of Jehovah. John 1:18 states that Jesus was in the bosom of God. Following this line of thought, how can one person be in the bosom of another person? When Luke 11:20 speaks about the finger of God, does that mean that a giant finger swooped down from the sky? Of course not. There is only one person in the Godhead, and that is JESUS CHRIST.
