• You may register your vehicle or renew your current registration by completing the Emission Control Residency Affidavit (EC-8). • If currently residing in an area that requires an emission inspection, you must provide proof that your Nevada-registered vehicle meets the requirements of that program. • You may then return the completed Emission Control Residency Affidavit (EC-8), registration renewal card, a valid emission certificate, if needed, and check or money order in the exact amount of your registration to the address listed on the Emission Control Residency Affidavit (EC-8).
