) The Board may recess for a closed, executive meeting under the Kansas Open Meetings Act to discuss such information, at the Board’s discretion. In addition, the Inspector General will produce an annual report that summarizes the OIG’s activities during the past year to the KHPA Board, the Governor, several legislative committees, and the Legislative Post Auditor.
