A. Guests are required to provide a security deposit of $250.00 on check-in so that the owner may be reimbursed for any property damage caused during rentals. Any damage which occurs during your occupancy should be reported to the local management company. Damage discovered after your departure and not reported will be subject to a $100 surcharge in addition to the cost of the repair.
