To the best of our knowledge, this problem occurs on some AOL 5.0 browsers. The problem is with your configuration. To fix this, complete the following steps on your browser: • My AOL • Preferences • WWW • Content • Auto complete (clears all passwords, so write down those you use) • Clear Passwords • Reboot Any security access window should then appear when you get to the secured areas of our website.
