Searching on the Satisfaction Criteria?
When the database becomes more populated, we will provide additional search tools to help differentiate organisations. One for example, allows prospective employees to weight the importance of each item in the survey differently, to search the satisfaction items they find most important when considering a job. For some employees work/life balance, remuneration, job variety and a colleague friendly work environment may be most important. Equal opportunity may feature highly for another employee. What is the “percent responding”? Percent responding is based on number of employees responding to the survey versus the total number of employees employed at the time of registration. The higher the percentage, the greater statistical reliability. Less than 50 employees should preferably have a 90%+ response rate.
