For some system configurations, Script Timer 1.01 and 1.2 have been known to become unstable when running at the same time as Microsoft Internet Explorer 5.0 under Mac OS 9.0.4. Apparently, Internet Explorer 5.0 is known to be unfriendly to background processes such as the one used by Script Timer, and this is made worse by a problem associated with version 9.0.4 of the Mac OS. If you are using OS 9.0.4, avoiding the use of Script Timer and I.E. 5.0 concurrently should stop the crashes. Upgrading to OS 9.1 should also correct the problem.
