Call your local dealership to see if your car is part of a Saturn recall for DRL (Daytime Running Lights). Have your VIN number ready. You can search the NHTSA website for details on the recall. If your car is NOT part of the recall, try disconnecting your battery for about 5 minutes, and then reconnecting it. (This will reset your clock and radio stations.) Worked for us.
