s the entire American Missionary Association Archives collection included or just the parts that were filmed?
Due to the lack of availability of a finding aid for the non-filmed materials, we have focused on the microfilmed items. Of the more than 300,000 items included in American Missionary Association collection, only 100,000 were catalogued. In the online product, we have captured individually all items and added date information to those that had no entries in the guide. Additionally, the microfilm and guide did not match and required users to access the card catalog available only onsite at the Amistad Research Center. We have reconciled the entries in the guide with the items in the collection, greatly enhancing the ease of access to this collection.
