Our members share real life experiences that personal ads can be scary or sometimes even funny. Like the guy who wanted to impress his personals date, so he met her for dinner at a well-known gourmet restaurant. After finishing just about everything on the menu, she looked at her watch and told the chivalrous fellow she had to leave immediately so she wouldn’t be late to meet her boyfriend! Or the lady who discovered her personal ad date was actually someone she worked with who had given a phony name. One of our slogans is “Real people, Real fun”. It’s really a simple solution, when you think about it.
