“Flex credits” is the term used to describe the dollars that the District contributes towards the cost of insurance. Teachers, Principals and School and Community Service Professionals will receive $550.00 flex credits per month from which to purchase insurance for plan year 2003. This means that $550.00 will be added to your paycheck each month. You will find the $550.00 itemized as a $275.00 credit on each paycheck (two paychecks per month). It is listed under the Earnings heading in the top left corner of your paycheck.
