If someone from RSIGuard support has requested that you send your configuration settings to us, these are the steps to follow to do so: • Hold the CTRL key on your keyboard and then click on the Tools menu of RSIGuard. • In the Tools menu, select the item “Send Configuration Information to RSIGuard Support”. • To do this, you must have a default email client configured (e.g. Outlook). If you do not, you will get an error message. However, performing steps 1 & 2 caused RSIGuard to write the configuration files on your hard drive, so you can still send them to us by sending them as an email attachment to Technical Support. The files to attach are stored on your hard drive as: C:\Temp\ConfHCU.txt and C:\Temp\ConfHLM.
