That is so annoying isn’t it. I had a parcel delivered on a Saturday before Christmas. I was at home all day but didn’t hear the door bell. DH came home on in the evening and my parcel had been left outside the front door in the rain. I had ordered some books from Amazon as presents and they were ruined as they had sat outside in the rain all day. I complained to Royal Mail but haven’t heard anything from them.
