There are several reasons why RoboForm cannot attach to your browser. This simple troubleshooter will help you to determine the cause of the problem and how to fix it. 1. You are using a browser in which RoboForm does not work. RoboForm does not work in Opera, Netscape 4, and Compuserve 7. RoboForm works in Internet Explorer, browsers based on IE and browsers based on Gecko (Mozilla, Firefox, Netscape 7 and 8). For a complete list of supported and not-supported browsers check Official Browser List. If your browser is not in this list, contact us and we will add it, if it is possible. 2. You are using Netscape, Mozilla or Firefox and you did not install RoboForm Adapter for these browsers. 3. You did not install RoboForm in this Windows account.
