Once processed, the additional decals will be mailed to the address of record. If you need to place the vehicle in operation immediately, you can obtain a temporary permit by completing Form 2823 and Form 2873, Michigan Temporary Permit Application. The temporary permit is valid for 30 days and is vehicle specific. This permit replaces your fuel decals until they are received and attached to the vehicle.
