Future Total Force is a fundamental element of transformation. Composed of two major components a planned force structure through 2025 and new organizational constructs FTF will create efficiencies, retain invaluable human capital, and above all, maximize the capabilities of all the Air Force components: Active Duty, Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve.
