Returns Policy: Can I return an item to Ruby Blaze Publishing?
Policy: Due to the fact that packaging and administration costs for returns to the company usually exceed the price of goods, Ruby Blaze Publishing can only accept the return of goods that are faulty when received by the customer. Ruby Blaze Publishing will replace, issue credit, or refund, at its discretion, any goods purchased from Ruby Blaze Publishing if the said goods are faulty and provided that they are returned to Ruby Blaze Publishing within seven days of receipt by the customer and returned in the same condition as received by the customer. Faulty goods should be returned, gaining proof of postage, by reasonable means; this cost will also be reimbursed to the customer. Ruby Blaze Publishing cannot accept responsibility for goods purchased by the customer ‘in error’ or if the customer changes their mind after placing an order and having their order confirmed. Your existing Consumer Statutory rights are not affected by these conditions.
