Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, or Modifications?
Wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts that have been personalized with engraving and/or embroidery are nonrefundable. For all other wedding accessories, wedding favors, bridesmaid gifts or groomsmen gifts, a refund will be given for the unwanted portion of your order (except for rush fees and shipping & handling). After processing your return, you will receive a receipt of credit or a refund check within 7-10 business days (form of credit is dependant upon your initial type of payment). If you wish to make an exchange, we will issue the requested changes to your order and process it upon receipt of the returned portion of the order. We charge shipping & handling for exchanged orders being reshipped. Once an order has reached our distribution center an order cannot be cancelled or modified. If the order is unwanted you will need to ship the order back to us as a return or exchange. All items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
