Returning Products FAQsCan I return Element K Courseware?
Yes. All returned requests need authorization before returning products. Element K accepts returns of resalable books (carefully review conditions below). Once a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is obtained, the customer has 30 days to return materials. Returns will be credited in the same form as they were paid if an item is returned within 30 days of obtaining an RMA. The customer is responsible for return shipping of the product.
