Returning Products FAQs Can I “cancel” an Element K order that was placed?
Element K orders can be cancelled, but the timing from the order placement to that of order release / ship is critical. Stocked items will ship same-day if taken prior to the order cut-off. Therefore, cancellation must be made within a relatively short time frame from the order placement. Special Order items will have manufacturing print releases occur the same day, so cancellations for those need to be made by end of that order date. Element K will work with you to expedite your cancel order request, preventing shipment or manufacturing from occurring. When this is not feasible, they will work with you on an Order Cancellation Fee. Cancellation fees are similar to the RMA fees and are determined by the actual status of the Sales Order.
