Due to the nature of our business all sales are final. The gowns you order are made for you. An order cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or changed once it is processed. We sell 1st quality merchandise only, meaning everything is brand new directly from the manufacturer. If you receive your gown with any manufacturers defect contact us immediately and we will replace the gown no questions asked. Alyssa’s Bridal can only replace defective merchandise with the same style, size and color item. No refunds will be given. We will take care of any shipping costs incurred for returned items.

We offer electronic goods. This means the merchandize cannot be returned and refunds are not accepted. We do not offer free trials either. It is your obligation to know what software you need before you buy a template. We will provide free support for basic editing and if you need help with more advanced editing we can provide that for a fee.

If you purchase our products and don’t like what you get, you can return them and get a refund for the complete amount minus shipping charges. We ask that you do this within 10 days of receipt of the products. If you’ve damaged or modified a product we can’t take it back. See our Policy statement here.
