You can only retrieve a deleted message within the session you originally heard and deleted it. To retrieve a deteled message, wait until you get to the “end of your mailbox,” then press 6 to “start over at the first message.” The attendant will indicate who the message is from and whether or not it has been deleted. If attendant indicates the message was deleted, press 76 to restore. For more information go to Voice Mail.
