Resolved Question: PHP and MySQL on Apache 2.2 (Windows)?

I have enabled the mysql extensions in my php.ini and edited various other settings (including the extension path). When I try to install Joomla, phpbb, or atmail open (note that they all require mysql) they all say that the mysql extension is not enabled. I have enabled other extensions and can verify that the php.ini is being read and the extensions directory is correct. Also, yes the .dll’s are in the correct folder. I see other people are having the same problem and someone even posted it as a bug on the php.net website. Any help would be great.
