Resetting the points lists every quarter?
That is the plan for the Alchemist list, but it is possible that it would be done slightly less often, like semester or something. It is to keep competition up, it was to a point where a new alchemist had no chance of getting listed after list is up for 2 years+. If the alchemist is active they shouldn’t have a problem getting back on the list.
