Alberta Energyrecognises that this cost may be classified as either a capital or operating cost. You may file this cost based on your companys policy as long as your total costs for capital and operating reconcile to the End of Period Statements (EOPS). If you are not filing this cost as a capital cost, identify on the Allowed Operating Cost Details form in the Other category and specify research and/or turnaround/expense projects in the comments.
