Request for repair work, other than MOTs, service and service related items?
We can provide an estimate for replacement of specific items. However our garages will investigate what the actual fault with the vehicle is and confirm if it is the (specified item) that needs to be replaced or something different. If the garage discovers that it is something different, we will provide a price for the repair BEFORE doing any work and you can then chose to continue to have the work done. If you are unsure of the work required, we will book you in to a garage for them to inspect your vehicle and we will then provide you with a quote for the work required. Depending on the complexity of the investigation there may be a diagnostic/investigation charge. You will need to discuss this with the NSN Call Centre.
