Answer by John: It is relevant to note that killing in the name of an ideology is not limited to religion. Atheists in power killed 70 million to 100 million in just the 20th century. This is far more than have been killed in any war involving religion. Most wars are fought over culture and resources (rather than over religion). Cordially, John Q59.
