Reis says “X” and a third-party provider says “Y”. Why is there a difference?
Part of our market review each quarter requires Reis to evaluate third-party sources for reference. We are aware that in many markets certain figures are markedly different. Usually, this is due to different approaches to geographic and property-type coverage. Other sources may also use different methodology for calculating sublease space or rent figures.
