Reinstating the account after it has been blocked due to non-payment?

If your account has been blocked due to non payment you have a message on the screen saying “please call this number to upgrade your subscription” You would have to send us an e-mail and we will do a one-off payment through your credit card to clear the outstanding balance and switch your viewing back on.
