For Meetings We kindly request that you submit a written cancellation request up to two (2) business days before the scheduled event date in order to receive any applicable registration refund. If you should decide to cancel your registration on or after the day prior to scheduled event date, you will not be entitled to any applicable registration refund. For Conferences We kindly request that you submit a written cancellation request on or before the Early Bird Discount deadline in order to be eligible for a registration refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. If your written request is received after this deadline, then you will not be eligible for a registration refund.
