Registration refund?
Our policy is that we do not issue refunds. You are purchasing a membership, not a ticket, and memberships are non-refundable. You do have the option of either transferring your membership to another individual or roll it over to the next convention year. Deadline for a transfer or rollover is one week after Pre-Registration closes. Anyone who has a membership may transfer it to another individual, as long as that member(or parent/legal guardian), sends us a signed letter indicating who the fullname of the membership should be transferred from and transferred to. It does not matter who paid for the membership, as it is a membership paid for an individual, and not a ticket to the convention. Once that individual is a member, only that member (or parent/legal guardian) may relinquish or transfer that membership.
